Pam’s interest in real estate began while searching titles and preparing deeds for attorneys. After investing in properties and starting a residential building company with her husband Troy, she obtained her real estate license in 1989 and opened Century 21 Rutherford in 1990 of which she became the broker in 1992.

Her career has been very consistent as a sales leader in the community and has received the local Top Producer award. She is currently an active member of four local associations which gives her access to the immediate and surrounding area listings.

A resident of Augusta County for 20 years, Pam and her husband live on a farm in Lyndhurst and have two daughters one working for Rutherford Real Estate, Inc. and one attending college. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and meeting new people.
